The Pearl Bar & Kitchen
The Pearl Bar & Kitchen located in Salt Lake City, Utah is owned by Chef Tommy Nguyen (@chefsquidink). Established in 2022, The Pearl has been serving brunch, lunch, and dinner with yummy Vietnamese flavors.
Mozz Artisan Pizza
Mozz Artisan Pizza is locally owned and operated by husband and wife Jared Neiswender and Erin Henriod along with BFF Chef Brett Ramuno. Mozz features a preference for locally sourced ingredients, house made mozzarella ,naturally leavened sourdough crust and a 100% scratch menu from Chef Brett Ramuno.
Current Fish & Oysters
Current Fish & Oysters’ menu has been carefully developed to highlight the best fresh seafood from regional America. Consistently emphasizing the freshness and superior quality of their ingredients, Chef Zach Wojdula presents remarkable seafood cuisine.
Cafe Trio
As owner and operating partner of Café Trio, Café Niche, Current Fish & Oyster, and Under Current Bar, Mikel Trapp has proven to be one of Salt Lake’s best in the industry. Mikel Trapp’s 30+ year career as a chef, restaurant owner, and food and beverage director was launched at the Park Café, a small restaurant in the heart of Salt Lake City. Today he is one of the city’s most popular and successful restaurateurs.
Deadpan Sandwich
Founded by Chef Taylor Giullian, inspired by the world, old and new, and want to share these things with people through something familiar- sandwiches. Deadpan, believes in cooking with responsibility and curiosity- responsibility to provide a delicious and gratifying experience; curiosity to excite and grow.
Prime Corn
Founded by Wendy in 2021 who was born and raised in Mexico. Prime Corn offers a variety of corn based foods, with great cultural and nutritional contribution to the residents of the Salt Lake Valley. Prime Corn gives a different option to people on specific diets, as well as food adventurers who want to take a break from gluten, and highly processed foods.

Liberty Heights Fresh is Salt Lake City’s original good food grocer, operating in the heart of the Liberty Wells neighborhood since 1993. They are committed to organically grown produce, ethically-raised meat, eggs, and dairy, and simply crafted foods

Six Sailor Cider
Six Sailor Cider’s crispy and smooth fresh fruit ciders are naturally vegan, locally sourced and have no added sugars. Along with their 6 flavors that can be found all year long, they currently feature summer flavors of Honey Lavender, Fiery Jalapeno, and Pomegranate Rose.

Beehive Distilling
Beehive Distilling prides themselves in giving their spirits the love they deserve. Their botanicals are measured and macerated by hand, vapor infused, bottled and labeled in their Salt Lake City distillery.
Han’s Kombucha
Han’s Kombucha started with a love of kombucha and a desire to share the healthy goodness with her community. Hannah (aka Han) started brewing kombucha in the closet of her dorm. As her prized SCOBY grew, she began sharing her brew with friends. Fast forward and In November of 2018, Han sold her very first booch batch to a local tea shop. Her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for her product has allowed Han’s Kombucha to grow throughout Salt Lake City and beyond.
Utah/ Wasatch Beers
In 1986, Greg Schirf opened Wasatch Brewery, the first brewpub in Utah. Schirf traveled from Milwaukee to Utah to find a serious lack of craft beer and decided to make some changes. In 2002, Wasatch and Squatters formed the Utah Brewer’s Cooperative and began sharing the warehouse space where both breweries continue to produce their award-winning and delicious beer to this day.
Libation SLC
Libation SLC focuses around Libation Wine Education, ran by Francis Fecteau based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Francis focuses on educating his community about beautiful and elegant wines.
Noemi’s Cafe
Noemi’s Cafe and Catering, capturing the essence of Chilean cuisine and making the leap from food truck to brick-and-mortar success! They are known for their warm and approachable dishes, Noemi’s brings the rich flavors of Chile to every plate.
Taste of Louisiana
Taste of Louisiana believes Louisiana southern favorites like Seafood Gumbo & Po-Boy Sandwiches would enhance the Utah food sector, U. S. Army Retiree and Louisiana Native, Jerrell Carter opened Taste of Louisiana Utah (TOL U) Food Truck in 2016. While Louisiana food is typically spicy, (TOL U) has found its niche in the Utah market by serving signature dishes that are well seasoned and full of flavor.
9th Street Coffee
Based in Central 9th, 9th Street Coffee & Donuts features locally roasted coffee and fresh donuts made in house daily. Their treats and beverages are a great way to start your day,
Sugarhouse Distilling
Tucked on the west edge of Salt Lake City’s Sugar House neighborhood, Sugar House Distillery received federal approval for spirits distilling in September 2013, and Utah approval in January 2014. The distillery’s initial 2014 vodka release was followed later that year with a 100% malted barley whisky. In 2015, Sugar House distilling added both a silver and gold rum to the product line, with more exciting spirits currently in production.
